AGG-One of the designations on my business card.
I haven't always been A Good Guy though. Back when I was in my BC days, I was in a word; wicked. More than once, if a date wasn't going as planned, I'd excuse myself and to "visit the men's room" and ditch the date! I can almost hear the conversation on the other side "Mom, can you come and get me; this jerk left me in the middle of dinner and stuck me with the bill."
In this day and age of FB and IM, Twitter, Reunion.com and other social media, I'm not exactly excited about the prospect of one of those "accept this friend?" notifications. For other's, the opportunity exists to rekindle old flames... Marriage Counseling experts have mentioned that these social networks are keeping them in business.
Ephesians 5:1-5 tells us how to handle today's opportunities-
Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children. 2 Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.
3 Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people. 4 Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes—these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God. 5 You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God. For a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world.
